Poem: On a prairie so vast ~by me

On a prairie so vast,
I lay myself on a stretch of pastures;
that extend as far as the eye can see,
I see a creek and a river bank from a distant;
Oh, these God-given resources!,
such an assurance of survival;
to he who dwells in the midst of these wonders.

On a prairie so vast,
the elements of nature I see;
that blends within its realms,
gives one not a qualm;
but a calm feeling of elated bliss,
the panorama of the prairie;
a sight so beautiful to behold.
